Drying of golden pomfret by drying process

1.Cut the golden pomfret open to remove the entrails and cut the golden pomfret into pieces. Cut in the middle of the fish on each side for three to four cuts, but do not cut them off.The purpose of the cut is to pickle the taste and to help the drying.

2.Marinate golden pomfret. Put the marinade in the belly of the fish, smear it evenly, then crush the rosemary and sprinkle the rosemary evenly on the fish. On the surface of the fish, pour in the related ingredients such as black pepper powder and lake salt (depending on the taste of different regions, the ingredients vary).
