Magnesium calcination process
Step1: Calcination 

A. Process introduction: Select the appropriate dolomite (particle size 10-50mm), transport it to the factory for crushing and screening, and then send the dolomite (>20mm) into the calcination system (including preheater, rotary kiln, cooler), After cooling after calcination, the calcined dolomite is transported to the hopper.

 

b. Main equipment: jaw crusher, conveyor, vibrating screen, vertical preheater, rotary kiln, vertical cooler, etc.

 

Step Two: Grinding and Balling
a. Introduction to the process flow: Use a jaw crusher and a ferrosilicon crusher to crush and grind the ferrosilicon to less than 20mm, then grind the three minerals (calcined dolomite, ferrosilicon, and fluorite), and then transport them after grinding to the briquetting machine.
b. Main equipment: electronic batching scale, bucket elevator, ball mill, screw conveyor, FU chain conveyor, etc.

 

Step 3: Reduction reaction and purification
