The oil pump is set up immersed in the tank, which reduces noise and dissipates heat quickly. The oil pump is driven by an electric motor and drives the piston to move by pumping out hydraulic oil. As the mold base moves forward, the mold exerts pressure on the hose coupling. When the shrinkage rate reaches the preset value, the pressure stops and the solenoid valve reverses. At this time, the piston moves backward, the mold opens, and the work is completed.
