Antai's iconic "pressure bag" pressure equalizing system was developed by Antai Group since 2005. It is an innovation of the outdated heavy pressure bags. 4 times lighter than outdated pressure bags.

It adopts a whole vulcanized rubber plate, which is sealed, isolated, rust-proof, and has no splicing area to ensure safe operation.

The pressure bag can be fully expanded at one time to ensure uniform pressure up to 2.3MPa, fully meeting the belt vulcanization requirements.

The thickness of the pressure bag skeleton is changed from the old 5cm to 2cm, which increases the pressure area and improves the quality of the vulcanized belt.

• Pressure pump

The automatic silent pressure pump has the characteristics of smaller size and lighter weight, only 20kg~30kg. It has high impact resistance and doubles the water filling speed. Compared with the manual pump, the working pressure can reach 23kg/cm2 (2.3MPa).

The pump includes level and pressure gauges. Additional reservoirs can be easily added for larger presses. It can be upgraded to explosion-proof type according to your requirements.
