1. Working principle:

Our wood log peeling machine uses the rotor teeth to generate a unique peeling force, which makes the wood move repeatedly in the trough of the hopper, and at the same time makes the turning motion of the wood segment around its own axis and irregular beat.

This model has wooden teeth, which maintain the friction, impact, and compression between the wood and the storage tank, and quickly separate the bark to achieve an effective peeling effect.

2. How to use:

According to the different diameters of the wood, it is divided into single-roller and double-roller. The machine adopts a slotted debarking chamber, the wood enters the debarking chamber from one side and exits from the other side.

So this is continuous work. It overcomes the defects of roller rolling and greatly improves the production capacity. Suitable for large diameter timber and large factories.

3. Arrangement of rotary cut wood

It can be adapted to a variety of different trees, especially the curved stripping rate is higher than the traditional rotary stripping rate.
