Glass:

1. Choose glass that does not contain conductive materials, including coatings, that cannot conduct electricity.


2. In the actual project, the glass thickness is 12mm, but it is recommended not to exceed 8mm. If it exceeds 8mm, please let us know in advance.


3. In the absence of conductive substances, AR and GR treatments can be performed on glass.


4. Adhesive glass is recommended to be tested first, penetration cannot be guaranteed. If there is paint on the glass, screen printing is recommended. 


5. Especially avoid the use of water-soluble paint, or paint that is easy to peel off, which will make the painting process difficult to handle. If the paint is very thick, it is recommended to scrape the inner edge with a blade at a right angle, otherwise it will be difficult to scrape off the water on the inner edge when the film is pasted, and air bubbles will easily occur.

Touch foil:
1. Our touch film supports Windows7/8/8.1/10, Android, Linux, macOS is not supported.
2. Please watch the installation video of the touch film on the details page before installation.
3. After placing an order, please contact the seller to provide calibration software.
4. The touch film must stick to the glass with a cleaner. Detergent consists of dishwashing liquid and water in a ratio of 1:400 or 1:500.
5. Please read the glass precautions carefully.
