Applications

The raw salt is transported to the spiral salt washing machine for the first washing, and then crushed by a roller crusher to obtain salt with a suitable particle size. The salt is washed two to three times in an agitator washer and a countercurrent washer to obtain a purified salt. The next step is to go into a centrifuge to remove most of the water. The salt is then dried through a vibrating fluid drying bed to obtain a finished salt with a water content of 0.4%. During the process of transporting the salt from the centrifuge to the vibrating fluidized bed, there will be an iodizing machine to add iodine to the salt. The last step is to pack the finished salt.
