Principle
As shown in the figure on the left, after the compressed air (1) enters the air knife, it is blown out at a high speed by an airflow sheet (2) with a thickness of only 0.05 mm. Through the principle of the Coanda effect and the special geometry of the air knife, the air curtain of this sheet can drain the maximum flow. 30 to 40 times the environment (3), and a thin layer of high-strength, atmospheric impact air curtain is formed, and the strength of the air curtain is very uniform
Air diffusion.
At the air outlet of the air knife, since no ambient air is introduced, the strength of the air curtain is the largest, but the air volume is the smallest. As the distance increases, the air curtain strength gradually weakens and the air volume gradually increases. The distance between the air outlet and the product surface should be kept between 10~50mm.
