Product Description
introduce:
Application: tourist bus, intercity bus, coach.
System components: rotary actuator, shaft assembly and door panel assembly.
1) The actuator provides rotary motion and a "lift to latch" function.
A double-acting cylinder drives a splined shaft through a helical ball cage to provide rotary motion. When the door reaches the closed position, the actuator lifts the door shaft and door panel approximately 10 mm, allowing the latch on the door panel to engage the matching wedge on the door jamb. The door panel will remain closed as long as air pressure is applied to the actuator.
2) The shaft assembly is designed for easy installation and maintenance.
3) The door panels can be specially designed to match the full passenger car design. It is made of aluminum alloy, which has the characteristics of light weight, high strength and long life.
working principle:
1) Automatic operation: When the "on" or "off" switch is pressed, the five-way two-position solenoid valve acts to drive the linear cylinder to move up and down. Through the splined shaft, the linear motion is converted into a rotation, so that the door can be opened or closed.
2) Emergency release: In an emergency, turn the emergency valve 90 degrees to release the air pressure. As soon as the air pressure in the cylinder is low, the door panel will drop. Manually push the door panel to open the door
3) Sensitive side: During the door closing process, if passengers or other items are caught, the door panel will be lifted and the limit switch will be activated to reverse the door opening action.
