The 3B32-V102 module is based on the EFR32MG1B232F256GM32-C0 from Silicon Labs. The EFR32MG1B232F256GM32-C0 is a true ZigBee, Thread and multi-protocol system-on-chip (SoC) solution that supports the following modulation formats: 2/4 (G)FSK with fully configurable shaping, BPSK / DBPSK TX, OOK / ASK, shaping OQPSK / (G)MSK, configurable DSSS and FEC. The module enables industry-leading energy efficiency, ultra-fast wake-up times, scalable power amplifiers and an MCU without compromise. It integrates 32-bit ARMÒcortexÒ-M4 core with maximum operating frequency of 40 MHz, PA up to +19.5 dBm and balun.
