Q: Do I need to pay customs duties when I receive the goods?
A: Probably yes. Duties are collected by customs. Before you place an order, please check with your forwarder for the duty charges.

Q: Can I get free samples?
A: Because the product cost is too high. We cannot send samples for free. But if your order is large enough, we will consider refunding your sample fee when you place a large order. Ricoma can't afford shipping, can you? Do I have a FedEx, UPS or TNT account for shipping? Or we will quote you the shipping cost.
