Scope of application: Small and medium laminating machine.

Technical features: Flow rate 0-80/min; Standard: 3/8 tube or 1/2 tube molded brass casing ∅12mm, ∅10, ∅12 quick connectors can be used. Please read this manual carefully before first use to avoid personal injury and equipment damage due to improper operation. This product is suitable for mold cooling of various plastic molding equipment and die-casting machines with cooling temperature less than 80°C and pressure less than 8bar. The specific standards are as follows:

Precautions: 1. When the cooling water temperature exceeds 70°C, please do not touch the shunt to avoid scalding; 2. Please clean or repair the shunt when it is cooling and without water pressure.

Installation Notes:

The size of the main inlet and outlet of the diverter is G3/4'', and the length of the supporting thread is not more than 10mm. You can choose left or right installation according to actual needs. Pay attention to the Type 0 diagram when taking over. The water pipe used to connect the mold should ensure its temperature resistance (above 80°C) and pressure resistance (above 8bar).

If you find dirt inside the shunt, please clean and maintain it in time; 1. Clean (disassemble) the water mark tube - turn off the water source - loosen the water mark tube (turn the tube counterclockwise to separate the tube from the upper seat, pull out the tube from the bottom) - clean Cleaning brush for water mark pipe - replace the O-ring (at the position of the top seat, where it fits the inner wall of the pipe) - tighten the water mark pipe (the method is opposite to loosening) 2 replace the bad control valve - turn off the water source - use two screwdrivers (one Word) Pry up the valve handle - loosen and remove the control valve with a wrench, clean the seat thread - replace the new control valve (recommended to use a new 0-ring) - tap the handle with a wooden hammer to reset it
