Install

The machine should be placed stably, and the tightness and coaxiality of the V-belt should be properly adjusted. The machine combination should work separately.

Check the wires and power switch to ensure the safety of the machine when it is working.

The main shaft of the machine should face in the direction indicated by the arrow.

Please check whether the bolts of each part are tightened before starting the machine. If there is an abnormal sound after starting. You should stop the machine and troubleshoot before restarting.

When the machine is working, it is strictly forbidden to open the machine cover and put your hand into the feed port.

Slowly open the feeding blade, adjust the handle according to the required thickness to grind the material, and tighten the handwheel lock.

When grinding into a thick liquid, please inject an appropriate amount of water into the hopper.

If the thickness of the material processed at one time does not meet the requirements, please re-grind.

When replacing the grinding disc, align the grinding disc, roller (or grinding block), and the holes of the body, and tighten the bolts to avoid concentricity greater than 0.5mm.
