Ultrafiltration (UF):

Our used mineral water plants/machines/systems typically operate at pressures ranging from 10 to 50 psig and they remove particles down to 0.02 µm by size exclusion. Typical flux (permeability of product water per unit of membrane surface area) for ultrafiltration is 10-100 gallons per square foot per day (gfd).

Our used mineral water equipment/machines/systems use advanced hollow fiber or ceramic technology to run in flow direction from outside to inside or inside to outside. Given the small pore size of the membranes used by these technologies, fouling can occur due to deposition of organic and inorganic compounds on the membrane if the system is not properly designed and operated. Therefore, we use automatic backwashing, air flushing and chemical flushing processes to keep the membrane fouling rate within an acceptable range. Once the maximum transmembrane pressure is reached, a chemical wash is applied. Typical cleaners used include acids, bases, surfactants, enzymes, and certain oxidizing agents, depending on membrane material and fouling type.

Our miniature mineral water plant/factory/factory includes three parts: pre-treatment filter, hollow fiber setting, and support system. The UFIDA device is the core device, and other devices provide support and services for it.

A. Pre-filter: raw water pump, mechanical filter, activated carbon filter, precision filter, etc. Their main functions are:
1). Prevent scaling on the membrane surface. (including Fe3, Fe2, CaCO3,
CaCO4, SrSO4, CaF2, SiO2, iron, alumina)
2). Stop colloidal matter, suspend solid atoms.

5). Prevent the film from being oxidized and damaged by oxide substances
