Juicer structure:

It is composed of front bracket, feed hopper, screw, filter screen, juice container, rear bracket, slag discharge tank and other parts. The left end of the screw spindle is supported in the rolling bearing seat, and the right end is supported in the handwheel bearing seat. The motor drives the screw to work through a pair of V-belt pulleys.

Operation and Maintenance:

1. Operation:

After the crusher and the juicer are started and in normal operation, the slag discharge gap between the handwheel and the nut of the juicer should be maximized, and then the gap should be gradually reduced according to the slag discharge situation. After meeting the process requirements, fix the handwheel and nut. During operation, if the crusher does not discharge material, clean it with a slag removal rod.

2. Maintenance:

After each shift, the filter screen must be cleaned with clean water and a brush, and the dregs in the machine must be removed manually. If there are more fibers in fruits and vegetables, the screen should be cleaned again according to the production situation. After pressing, all machines should be washed with hot water.
