Titanium Titanium Potassium Arsenate (KTiOAsO4) or KTA crystal is an excellent nonlinear optical crystal for optical parameters
Oscillation (OPO) applications. It has better nonlinear optical and electro-optic coefficients, significantly reduced absorption in the 2.0-5.0 µm region, wide angle and temperature bandwidth, and low dielectric constant. Its low ionic conductivity results in a higher damage threshold compared to KTP.
