The high temperature heating element MCH 96 alumina ceramic tube heater is produced by implementing a unique ceramic lamination process. MCH prints resistors on alumina sheets, which are laminated and sintered into one. Our ceramic heaters can work in both atmospheric and vacuum environments. MCH technology offers significant advantages over metal-based jacketed heaters, but the latter has limitations in thermal performance and material compatibility.
