working principle

Briquetting is the process of compressing biomass under high pressure and temperature. The machine uses large screws to pulverize, compress and extrude biomass into briquettes.
Self-binding of biomass to form agglomerates involves thermoplastic flow of biomass. The natural lining components in biomass are released under high pressure and high temperature. Lignin acts as the glue during the briquetting process, binding the wood particles together, thereby binding and compressing the biomass to form a high-density briquette.
During this process, no adhesive is required. As a result, export briquette is a clean, green fuel ideal for furnaces, boilers and open fires.
