Teneth A3 Die sheet cutter for label cutting

The A3 A4 die sheet cutter has three interfaces : USB, Serial port and U disk.

1. The U disk interface can make offline working and reach the repeat function more convenient 500 times in one operation.The machine can detect the files in U disk and start cutting. It's much more convenient when there is no computer right side.

2. The USB and serial port are connecting with the computer, and send the file made directly. It applied widely in office and home.

A3 A4 die sheet cuter carriage

1. The carriage has a camera to detect the four marks in material to realize the automatic scan and then cutting automatically.

2. When the camera cannot scan the marks, it's much easier to adjust the sensor in carriage, and then the camera can scan correctly.

Power supply cable: AC220V / 110V, 50Hz

Notice: It would be better when you unplug the power supply cable to protect the machine main- board

Cutting process:

1.We can put the sheet material in feeding tray

2.The material can be feeding automatically by our steel axes, and then the carriage with camera will start makr detection process.

3.After four marks detection process finished, the machine will start to cutting automatically.

4.When the first sheet cutting job finished, it will send to the front tray. And then second sheet material will feeding continuously, and start the cutting job.

Packing & Delivery

About the payment:

1. For small quantity, the shipment will be arranged after we received your full payment.

2.For large quantity, customers can pay 30% deposit in advance, and pay the balance before shipping or send the BL.

Normally, when the factory has stock, the shipment can be arranged within 2 days.

Production Process:

Before we assemble the left and rigth side cover of the machine, the carriage will be tested 24 hours continuously to ensure the good working condition. ---- No worry about the dead machine !

Every machine will be tested in two parts: normal cutting and contour cutting.

Our technician will adjust the machine parameters and setting to reach to the best. After All these steps finished, the machine will be sent to package. ---- No worry about cutting probelm !

Packing process

When the machine is in packing area. Workman will use special water to clean the machine. --- No worry about the dirty machine !

The machine body will be packed by plastic film, and then covered by foam in left and right side. This will reduce the collion of the handling and shipment. -- No worry about the broken machine!

About the accessory box: The standard box include: three blades, one blade holder, one pen holder, USB cable, serial port cable , power supply cable, Guide CD, warranty card. These things will be colleced by special man to ensure everything is prepared. -- No worry about the part lost !

The whole machine will be packed by wooden box.

Paper carton package

1. The machine with foam inside to reduce the shipment and handling collision.

2. Plastic outside the package will keep machine dry and clean

When the machine is out of stock, the production procedure will be on progress.

For small quantity order, such as 1 unit or several units, the shipment can be arranged in 2- 8 days.

For large quantity, more than 30 units, the shipment can be arranged within 15 days.
