Applications:

It is Suitable for welding low carbon steel structure, especially suitable for the welding of thin plate and short weld of discontinuous and covering welding which requires smooth surface.

Features:

J421 is a coated rutile type acid electrode. Both AC and DC can be used and can be all-position welding. It can reach excellent welding performance, stable arc, little spatter, easy slag removal and good weld appearance.

Attention:

In general, don't need to bake before welding electrode. When the electrode be affected with damp,it should be subject to use 150-170℃ for 0.5-1hour.
