PF Single open-width knitting machine is manufactured based on the PF single knitting machine and open-width machine. It has all the features of PF single knitting machine and no folding as open- width knitting machine when folding fabric. The detail is as the following:

PF single m achine is a new type of knitting machine, invented by Wellknit Machinery Co., LTD. who has combined the knitting principle with human engineering and aesthetics viewpoint.

PF single machine adopts computer 3D auxiliary design (CAD) and computer auxiliary explination/analysis (CAE) to gear static analysis and driving imitation so as to reduce the defectiveness of gear design and manufacture and keep the machine steady when it works; the function more excellent; the weaving more special and exquisite.

Main Features

1) Manufacture: Most of the structures and main parts are produced by advanced processing center equipment, which ensure the precision and accuracy.

2) Machine: The structure design has been improved that the strength and hardness of the machine's main structure are raised. Three of the machine legs are equipped with the cushion pad to reduce the vibration when machine works at high speed and keep the machine steady. It adopts three-axis driving positioner to ensure the concentricity when high speed working.

3) Cam box system: The cams are all adopt special metal from abroad and thermal treatment.

4) Fabric opening system: Equipped with roller speed adjusting device.

5) Feeder: The special designed feeder makes the elastic yarn feeding device easily equipped. Adding a small yarn ring between yarn ring and feeder ring to avoid the yarn from disturbance.
