The machine appearance

1.This tempering line include the loading table ,heating section,flat chiller section,unloading section fan system and control system.

2.We have our own design and development group, and can meet different customers demands .

The loading /unloading table.

The loading/unloading table include rubber-coated rollers, loading drive motor ,photoelectric switch,supproting frame,side loading rubber coated rollers,etc.

Flat chiller section.

The section includes conveying rollers ,the upper and lower chiller;chiller up/down device,air box and air balance system.

Heating section.

The section includes the furnace body,the roof lifting mechanism,heating system.thermal bslsnce system,ceramic rollers,drivng system,cooling device,length and temperature measuring devices

Control system.

The control system consists of heating elements control system.transmission control system ,air supply control system.Most of control parts are in control cabinet.
