A flash cure unit is an important piece of equipment in the screen printing process, this flash dryer usally using on the plastisol ink on textile printing,T-shirt printing etc.As all knows that when you print more than 2 colors images, you need to dry one color first, and then print another color, if you print the second color without drying, then the color would be absorted with each other and come out the third color which we do not wanna see it,this style is the IR automatic one with sensor, help you save labor cost and improve the working efficient,when you pass the printed tshirt under it, the flash dryer would turn on automatic, and after curing by the setting time, it would turn off automatic, then you pass another printed t-shirt again.
