First, check the welding hosepipe, cylinder, bottle valve, and pressure reducing valve in the same way as the normal gas welding tool. After everything is normal, it can be used.

When igniting, the butane gas should be supplied with oxygen first, and the flame can be adjusted to operate. After use, turn off the oxygen and then turn off the butane gas.

b: The filling of oxygen cylinders and liquefied petroleum gas cylinders shall be filled in the filling unit that has obtained the provincial "gas cylinder filling permit". The procedure is as follows:

Oxygenation:

1.Connect the oxygen cylinder with the equipped oxygen bridge and tighten the screw.

2.Slowly open the switch of the large oxygen cylinder, that is, inflate. There is a slight noise when inflating, and it is normal for the small oxygen cylinder to warm up. After the two bottles are pressure balanced, the inflation is over.

3.Close the two bottles of switches and remove the bridge.

4.It is strictly forbidden to fill with oxygen above the operating pressure of the oxygen cylinder (12Mpa).
5.filling of butane gas: Insert the butane gas cylinder vertically into the charging port of another butane gas cylinder. The needle shows the charging amount. After stopping, pull out the butane gas cylinder and the charging is over.
