Q: How can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you samples. Just send us your specifications and requirements, then we will send samples accordingly.
Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

A: Optical glass lenses are processed in the vacuum dust-free workshop, the processing technology includes material
preparation,milling and grinding, precision grinding, polishing, rinsing, edging, coating, inspection and agglutination.To
guarantee high-quality of lenses, each processing will be inspected for three times.

Q: What guarantee can you provide?
A: For equipments, our warranty is 2 years. During the period of warranty, if there are any problems with the quality, you cansend
us the photo. We will replace the new one for you after confirmation.As to designed orders, it's better for you to provide the
inspection report in one month after receiving.

Q: Can you ensure the lead time?
A: Since we are the factory, we have more advantages on the lead time when compare with other suppliers.
We can send the existing production within 5 work days. Normally designed order will take 15~30 work days for the products
youselect, We have large production capacity ,which can ensure fast delivery time even for lager quantity.
