GF-920-1100 Semi Automatic Thermal bopp Film Paper Laminating Machine series of semi-auto laminator, a competitive laminating machine with high technical content, excellent quality and original appearance, is designed and manufactured elaborately upon the combination of the advanced technology of international similar products and more than 20 years of manufacturing experience. It is of compact structure, small space occupation and easy operation. All main components adopt international noted brands. The machine integrates on design the excellent performance of many different semi-automatic laminators, and is additionally equipped with corrugating delivery system, air blowing assiting system etc. to settle completely a long time of technical matter, crimping trouble of lamiated thin paper.
Main Features
1. Combining Film serrated perforating wheel, laminated paper perforating wheel and rotary cutter devices for different products.
2. Adopting Anti-curvature device to level laminated paper, and it won’t curve again after separation.
3. Adopting larger high precision chrome plating mirror roller (Φ320mm) with oil-heating system and heat Resisting-pressing endurable rubber roller to improve the efficiency.
4. Adopting PLC to realize paper separation and errors alert to self-protection functions etc.
5. Adopting tension pneumatic control system to release films, and the film releasing tension can also be adjusted upon requests.
6. Equipped with air blowing device for thin paper output.
7. Air expansion shaft releases film roll and positions film roll more accurately, and also makes the loading and unloading of film roll more convenient.
8. Automatic hydraulic system.
9. Man-machine PLC interface system positions paper overlap exactly, and color touch screen simplifies the machine operation.
