Semi - automatic eyeliner filling machine is designed independently by our company according to the current fashionable eyeliner materials.
Process: Manual feeding container→Detecting container→Peristaltic pump filling→Manual feeding cap→Auto capping→Auto container discharged
Machine structure:Main machine rack,Rotary plate system,Filling system,Peristaltic pump material feeding system,Capping system,Container discharging system,Controlling system.
The main engine is powered by JSCC motor, the filling system use servo peristaltic pump, the capping and container discharging are controlled by cylinder mechanical, and the detection sensor is OMRON optical fiber sensor.
