Easier moving with removable units

The aggregate dosing system, drying system, burner, mixing tower, vibrating screen,dust collecting system can be divided into 4 units put on 4 tractor frames respectively. Every frame can be dragged by a tractor with maximum moving speed of 80km/h. It can be easily dismantled and moved.

It uses international renowned brands for some of the core parts to make sure the high reliability,such as: NORD for critical reducers, NSK for critical bearings, METTLER TOLEDO for digital weighing panel and sensor, SCHNEIDER for the HMI,PLC, major low voltage electric components and transducer, AirTAC for Air Cylinder.

The modular design enabling economic containerized transportation

The standard modular design enables standard containerized transportation,easier installation, dismantle and transfer.
The plant can be separated into several standard units to put into the standard containers and decreases the transport cost greatly.

Bitumen twice-scaling and spraying system

It adopts 2-grade bitumen scaling technology with real-time and dynamic monitoring with stable and accurate bitumen-aggregate ratio.
The high pressure bitumen spraying system with effusers throughout the whole mixer enables high efficiency and homogenization and saves the mixing time.

Cold Aggregate Dosing System

The collecting feeder adopts vari-frequency control with accurate adjustment.There is horizontal mesh inside the hopper.

The discharging hole is adjustable. Auto alarm starts once starved feeding.

The middle grizzly is set to filter oversize aggregate.

Drying System

 The drying drum uses four-wheel friction drive to make sure stable transmission.
 The reasonable layout of the inner lifting plate makes full use of fuel and gets high heat exchange rate.
 The standard equipped oil burner adopts low pressure air atomization to make the full burning with wide range of heat adjustment (max/min=10:1).

Screening System

The screen is weaved by high strength manganese steel so as to get higher wear resisting and long lifecycle.

The vibrating adopts excitation motor to enhance reliability and stability with low energy consumption and no need maintenance.

High screening efficiency without mix between different bins.
The holistic encapsulation of the vibrating screen and negative pressure exhaust device enables no dust overflow outside during the whole production.

Aggregate Scaling System:

The weighing hopper uses dual-feeding gates to get well-distributed so as to decrease the impact towards the mixer.
The built-in press-release pipeline doesn’t impact the scale to make sure the stable and accurate scaling. 
The pneumatic feeding gates can quickly cut off the redundant aggregate so as to make sure the accurate scaling.

Filler Scaling System

The filler weighing uses screw conveyor matched by pneumatic butterfly valve so as to prompt cut off the redundant filler so as to make sure the accurate scaling..

The filler conveying screw runs through the whole mixer which can make sure the well distribution of the filler in the mixer and save mixing cycle. 

Dust Collecting System

Adopts 2-grade dust collecting including 1st stage pre-separator and 2nd stage bag house to get high efficiency.
The bag house uses high voltage pulse-jet mode of dedusting with high temperature and ultra-temperature 2-grade protection devises to effectively protect the bag.
The filter bag uses DuPont AMAX needle felt for waterproof and oil-repellent.

Control system

The control system is self-designed and self-researched with independent intellectual property and can be customized.
The HMI is friendly and easy-to-use with multi-language.
