Product Overview

The Paper Mill Boiler Centrifugal Fan is an industrial fan designed for boiler combustion air supply, flue gas extraction and ventilation systems in pulp and paper mills.

Depending on the boiler process, the fan can be configured as a Forced Draft Fan (FD Fan) for combustion air supply, an Induced Draft Fan (ID Fan) for flue gas extraction, or another process centrifugal fan for boiler ventilation and air-handling applications.

EMS provides customized centrifugal fan solutions according to airflow, pressure, gas temperature, fuel type, dust concentration, boiler capacity and system resistance.

Paper Mill Boiler Forced Draft Fan

The Boiler FD Fan supplies combustion air to the boiler furnace. It is installed on the air-supply side and provides the pressure required to overcome air duct and equipment resistance.

Paper Mill Boiler Induced Draft Fan

The Boiler ID Fan extracts flue gas from the boiler and helps maintain the required negative pressure inside the furnace.
