* **Deep Purification:** Equipped with a 1-micron precision filter, combined with an adsorption deacidification system (using imported ion exchange resin or new adsorbents), it effectively removes sludge, gels, and other contaminants, improving oil resistivity and foaming properties.

* **Additional Functions:** Supports oil replenishment and extraction functions; optional online moisture analyzer, particle analyzer, and PLC intelligent control system.

Working Principle: Based on vacuum negative pressure technology, combined with multi-stage purification methods: pre-filtration removes large particulate impurities; vacuum degassing removes free and dissolved gases; heating and dehydration evaporate moisture in a vacuum environment and recover it through condensation; precision filtration removes fine particles, colloids, and other impurities; adsorption and deacidification remove acidic substances; after cooling and reinjection, it is pumped back to the system oil tank or used directly in equipment.

Applications: Primarily used for the maintenance of fire-resistant oil systems in industries such as power, metallurgy, and petrochemicals, including turbine speed control systems and hydraulic control systems.
