1.Applicablescope​

This equipment is suitable for the replacement of old and new rails, point rails, and frog switches. The center of both sides is equipped with running wheels, which can be walked during transportation. It has the characteristics of adjustable height, lateral adjustment, locking, light weight, convenient transportation, and wide application range.

This equipment can be equipped with segmented rail transport trolleys, rail transport, point rails and frog track operation trolleys. The wheels are made of nylon wheels with good insulation performance and equipped with brake devices. It is safe and reliable, has light weight and high operating efficiency. It is an ideal special tool for rail transportation in construction operations of the railway engineering department.

2BasicstructureandWorkprinciple​​​

Working principles:

The rail-mounted gantry crane adopts the rack-and-pinion principle, and a safety insurance is installed on the side of the gear to avoid reverse rotation when the gravity is high and prevent danger. The rails can be raised and lowered by connecting the rail clamp hooks at the bottom of the rack. Loosen the locking handle and push the track lifting device through the guide rail of the fixed frame to achieve lateral movement.

The segmental track transport trolley adopts an overall frame structure and is equipped with nylon running wheels at the bottom, which has good insulation performance. The wheels are equipped with brake pads, and the running wheels can be braked through the handle steel cable.

Basic structure:

The track gantry crane is composed of columns (support frames), beams, track hooks, frames, operating handles, locking handles, positioning pins, safety hooks, etc.

The trolley consists of running wheels, brake pads, brake lines, brake handles, push handles, frames, locking plates, etc.
