Product Description:
The comprehensive crusher consists of a machine base, a knife roller, an upper and lower feeding mechanism, a feeding device, a hydraulic buffer system, etc. Mainly used for crushing construction formwork, demolition materials, formwork and other materials.
Wood crushers mainly rely on impact energy to crush wood. When the integrated hammer crusher works, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, and the wood enters the integrated crusher cavity evenly. The high-speed rotating hammer impacts and shears the wood. The wood is broken, torn, and the gravity of the wood itself causes the wood to break away from the high-speed rotation. The hammer head reaches the machine body panel, screen, rotor bottom and screen plate, and the fraction of the broken wood is smaller than the screen hole size. When passing through the sieve plate, the wood resistance that is larger than the sieve hole size continues to be hit by the hammer on the sieve plate and ground.
