in principle

Sound waves produce different vibration frequencies in liquid media with different specific gravity concentrations. Vibration frequency is detected by piezoelectric crystal, after phase shifting and amplifying circuit, then it is converted into specific density digital signal by microprocessor. The instrument is built with the latest liquor alcohol content table database, and through our self-developed fast interpolation table look-up algorithm, it can calculate the alcohol content of liquor in an efficient, high-precision and real-time manner.

MAY-2001 Liquor/wine alcohol content online detection and automatic packaging system can solve the problem of mixing wine with different alcohol content into the same barrel during manual packaging. Since the instrument is online and monitors the alcohol content of liquor in real time, it can solve the data lag problem caused by the manual sampling of the alcohol meter.
