A2:of course ,we can offer one or two samples for clients to test with charging ,When clients place an order ,we will pay the samples money back

A3: The lead time for new customers is about 30-45days (big quality ),but if u confirm the packing design sooner or give repeated orders . the lead time canbe much shorter

Q4:Do you offer warranty of your products?

A4: for foreign countries we can offer 2%free spare parts for after salesuse if the quantity is big

Q5: Do you factory do OEM

A5: Yes , we do OEM ,And we are do OEM is professional .but our MOQ is 500pcs and 1000pcs . or you need to pay extra fee for the color box packing and others things

Q6: What is the payment terms

A6: The payment terms is 30%TT in advance , the balance 70%tt against the copy of B/L for the new clients
