Manual acrylic/PVC/plastic hot bending machine

The acrylic manual bending machine is the core component of the bending machine. You can assemble a variety of ideal and practical acrylic pipe benders with this heater.

This machine can be widely used in decoration engineering, sign making, display cabinets, aquarium packaging, lighting LED channel characters, supermarket shelf bending, curtain walls and other places where plastic bending is required.

It can bend various plastic sheets. Including acrylic, PVC, plexiglass plastic, etc., as long as the sheet thickness does not exceed 6mm. Even if the thickness of the acrylic plate exceeds 6mm, two heaters can be used to heat the upper and lower sides of the plate at the same time, or the plate needs to be grooved.

Operation

step 1:Secure the pipe to the heater.

Step 2:Water pump ready to connect to pipes. Complete the heater.

third step:Place the pump in a water container with 30L of water. Turn on the pump and let the water flow through the pipes.

Step 4:Connect power and heater.

the fifth step:Plug the power supply and heater into an outlet and adjust the temperature with a thermostat. Turn the switch clockwise to heat up and counterclockwise to cool down.

Step six:After about 5~6 minutes of heating, the heater can bend the sheet.
