You can visit suitable factories mainly located in Hebei Province according to the products you want to source. Please feel free to visit our factory and provide a guide. We can pick you up at the nearest airport or train station. Q5. Can you provide free samples? Yes, for standard fasteners, we can provide free samples if available. Please understand that we charge a fee before making custom samples. Q6. How do you guarantee the quality? Jiuheng carries out quality control in strict accordance with the ISO9001 quality certification system. Jiuheng regularly conducts self-inspection and quality inspections on workers during the production process, and strictly conducts QC sampling inspections before packaging. Q7. What will you do if I paid the mold cost but received unqualified samples? For the first development of non-standard parts, if the unqualified samples are delivered twice, the mold fee will be refunded. If you give us more opportunities to make molds, we will keep learning until we succeed. Q8. What is your MOQ for processing? Is there any mold fee? Can the mold fee be refunded? A. The minimum order quantity of non-standard fasteners: 1-2 tons, depending on the parts, it will be refunded when it reaches the listed quantity plus mold fee.
