1.work rules

After being transmitted by a V-belt and decelerated by a reducer, the screw is driven by a motor. The oil material falls into the first section of the screw through the feed, and advances toward the cake outlet with the rotating extrusion screw. As the space between the extrusion screws becomes smaller and smaller, the oil is squeezed and the pressure inside the press cage increases. The oils are separated from each other as well as the spiral and squeeze rings. During this process, the oil plant is crushed and generates a lot of heat, the tissue cells are destroyed, the oil is separated from the oil plant, and is discharged from the oil groove on the pressing bar and the oil pressing ring. That's the whole pressing process. After the oil is extracted from the circular gap between the cake adjuster and the cake outlet ring and discharged in thin sheets, it is a low oil cake. The oil extracted from the oil plant flows into the vat through the oil pipe, cover the lid and tighten the clamp, tighten the bolt on the clamp, then close the exhaust valve, turn on the air compressor and open the intake valve. The pressure in the cylinder increases. The oil is filtered through the filter cloth under the action of air pressure and discharged from the bottom of the cylinder; the residue is separated on the filter cloth. Use the two vats alternately to ensure continuous work.
