1. Circulation pump:
Large capacity pump entirely made of AISI 316 L stainless steel cast construction. The pump is very easy to operate and maintain. It is equipped with suitable mechanical seals to prevent leakage.

2. Circulation direction:
The liquid medicine sent to the main tank (boiler-dyeing tank) is done through the circulation pump. divert water from inside to outside (drainage)
And the inward direction (charging) is achieved through the pneumatically driven liquid reversal (baffle) working in both directions.

3. Heating and cooling:

AISI 316 L high quality stainless steel rolled tubes are heated from a boiler (dye tank - main tank) and can withstand steam pressure up to 16 bar.

4. Chemical tank:

The main purpose of a chemical tank is to mix and heat chemicals (caustic, peroxide, etc.), dyes and water. Chemicals, staining materials and water will be heated with saturated steam through indirect working AISI 316 L high quality stainless steel pipes. The chemical container is made in 1/7 scale of the dye vat.

5. Heating time:

Below 6 bar vapor pressure; 'within 20 minutes', the liquid temperature in the vat rises from 20°C to 100°C, and 'within 20 minutes' rises from 100°C to 130°C. Heating gradient equal to 4 Cº/min (Δt)

6. Cooling time:

The conditions are; 3 bar pressure and 10 Cº; "within 15 minutes", the temperature of the liquid in the boiler (main tank) is reduced by 85 Cº from 100 Cº by cooling water.

7. Valve:

All valves are pneumatically controlled and all surfaces in contact with chemical liquids are made of AISI 316 L high-quality stainless steel material.

8. Jet pump:

It is made of centrifugal pump with AISI 316 L high quality stainless steel chassis. It supplies chemical (supplementary) fluid under pressure from the chemical (additional) tank to the main tank (machine). At the same time, in the case of receiving programmer data, do straight or curved dispensing (dosing).

9. Material carrier:

Using on the machine a total of 2 fully automatic conical (yarn) carriers made of AISI 316 L high quality stainless steel will be provided. The carrier can be manufactured in stainless steel in two forms; a tube body with holes (perforations) or a rod shaped like a sword.

10. Machine controller:

ELIAR programmers are used on fully automatic machines.

11. (DP) differential pressure control device:

During the dyeing process, the liquid in the main tank (dyeing tank) loses pressure while the water is diverted from inside to outside (discharging) and outside to inside (charging). The purpose of the differential pressure control device is firstly to set the differential pressure constant and secondly to prevent incorrect dyeing on the bobbins. (DP) is automatically controlled by a transmitter for the pressure stability of the chemical liquid during cone staining.

12. Air cushion system:

The air cushion system is the standard configuration of the machine, which makes the dyeing flexible. Through the air cushion system, %50 of the total volume can be dyed. (eg for a 100kg machine you can dye 50kg on the same machine) Our main tank (dye tank) is manufactured according to the "air cushion system" You need an extra half carrier to do this.
