PQ-280 cellophane winding machine

This machine is suitable for automatic film packaging (gold wire) of single box items in various industries. With double safety mechanism, there is no need to stop the machine when it is out of sync, and it will not damage other parts. The manual device can shake the machine forward or reverse. When the product gets stuck, it can rotate in reverse, making it faster to clean the product. There is no need to adjust the height of the working table on both sides of the machine when changing the mold. When lifting the film cutting mechanism and the upper iron plate, only need to turn the hand wheel to change the height. There is no need to disassemble the discharge chain and discharge hopper.

1. This machine is a fully automatic high-speed transparent film packaging equipment, which adopts the horizontal push packaging method. All wrapping and heat-sealing actions are completed by cam and cylinder transmission, which has the characteristics of high speed and stable operation.

2. Change the mold to pack items of different sizes. The newly designed quick-adjustment structure makes it more convenient and quick to replace the mold.
