Product Description

Cylindrical thread rolling dieUsing a process with two or three rolling dies, the workpiece is usually placed on a support blade. Feed rolling

Feed thread rolling is based on one parameter: workpiece lead = rolling die lead. This results in a synchronous rotary motion
Part and die. Axial movement does not occur. The necessary rolling force is defined by the thread diameter and length.

Rolling by feed:

Always use through-feed thread rolling when the workpiece profile is longer than the maximum length. Rolling die width.
There are 4 different types of feed through dies:
1.Ring Die: A groove die without any lead. The lead angle is created by the rotation of the die.

3.Helical Slow Feed Die: Reduces power requirements,
