New Arrival Bow Spring Centralizer/Drilling Tool

Premium bows are made from special alloy steel and thermoformed in a fully controlled heat treatment plant to achieve uniform hardness throughout.
The specifications and performance indicators of the bow spring casing centralizer comply with API Spec 10D. The braided centralizer is connected by pins when in use, and the unfolded centralizer can be stacked flat for convenient storage and transportation.

1) Bow springs are manufactured from heat treated and hardened tempered spring steel to ensure proper and consistent spring characteristics.
2) End ring hinges fold inwards. This way will minimize the stretching of the collar that tends to occur when the centralizer encounters a taper, which is common in certain types of pipe connections.
3) Ribs are stamped on the end rings. This way it will strengthen and maintain its circular configuration during transport.

4) Several different spring bow heights are available to accommodate most casing-to-bore configurations.
5) Centralizers with built-in stops and unusual sizes are available upon request.
