No, all elements are pre-installed.

• How many design segments can I preload?

Usually 2 parts, but we need to check the artwork. The key is not to let the elements overlap.

• What about the battery? battery last?

Usually we use 6 button batteries (CR2032), which can last for about 6-8 months.

• What is the largest and smallest size you can make?

Max 600X400mm, if you need bigger, you need to splice several sheets of electronic paper together; there is no limit to the small size, it depends on the size of the controller.

Epaper is not backlit, it is visible because it reflects ambient light. It is very clear when placed in the sun.

Button Battery. Six CR2032 batteries last for 6-10 months.

• Does your finished product include a platform that plugs into the SD card or do we have to install a separate board?

We have to pre-install the artwork. The e-paper is cut according to the outline of the client's artwork.

• If we order custom shapes, what is the minimum quantity per purchase?

90% of our orders are custom made. The MOQ is 300pcs, but it can be negotiated.
