Q 1, Will you project your logo when starting up, or when changing effects? Can I replace it with mine?
A: In order to ensure that customers can do business with our interactive floor/wall system, all effects are without our logo. Our company name is only displayed on the main interface of Schedule-Manager, and others cannot see it when the effect is running.

Q 2, Can I change for example the number of moving objects? their speed? their size?
A: You can change the background picture and sound by yourself, and the operation is simple. There are also some special effects that move objects, and the speed can also be changed. Size cannot be changed.

Q 3. Create a new app and want to try it. Can you try it with the mouse on the PC screen, or do you have to turn on the projector live to try it?
A: You can add your own flash or 3D effects in .swf or .exe format and run them in our interactive system. You can try it with the mouse in advance, no problem.

Q 4, Do I have to develop the app on the pc, or can I also develop it on the notebook and copy it to the pc operating the projector when ready?
A: You can run our system on PC or Notebook, just make sure the 3D graphics card is required, because there are many kinds of 3D effects in our system. You need to use the remote control to operate the projector, our effects can run automatically one by one.

Q5, I want to work in my office while the system is processing a campaign for me, is it ok to develop a new application for the next client?
A:Yes, You can pre-set all effects to run automatically in the Playback menu.

Q 6, What kind of projector is included? Can I buy spare lights?
A: You need to prepare a PC and a projector locally. We recommend a projector with more than 3000 lumens. Generally, we use 4200 lumens projector to demonstrate our system. 

 

Q 7. Is the projector suitable for direct downward projection onto the floor?
A: Yes, please check the interactive system with projector from the attachment. Our systems can be floor and wall mounted, you can see the structure in our owner's manual.

Q 8, Is the computer provided small enough to fit in the stand next to the projector and camera?
A: So far, we do not provide all versions. But we plan to make that version in the near future.
