The vertical hexagonal cylinder design changes the traditional production method. The cylinder is closed from the top and bottom by six screws instead of the traditional tapping around the cylinder

The commercial range of riveting tools includes models prefixed with -Z: Z5000, Z5000V, Z5000A, Z5000AV for installing blind rivets up to 4,8/5,0mm Z6400, Z6400V for installing blind rivets up to 6,4mm.
Model codes with the suffix -V designate tools with a vacuum system for holding the blind rivets in the tool changer and automatically blowing off the remaining mandrel after setting.
Model codes with the suffix -A indicate that these tools are custom built with enhanced traction at the expense of travel, paired with Z5000 and Z5000A, Z5000V and Z5000AV.
