2. Production process of wood-plastic production line:
1) Extrusion process of PP and PE wood-plastic profiles:
100% recycled PP, PE, etc. + wood powder (wood chips, rice husk, wheat straw, etc.) + additives → mixing → granulation → conical twin-screw extruder → profile extrusion mold → profile mold → vacuum setting platform → (transportation -off) → cutting machine → stacker → finished product → surface finish treatment, such as embossing, grinding, wire drawing, etc.
2) PVC wood-plastic profile extrusion process:
PVC powder + wood flour + additives → mixing → extrusion line (conical twin-screw extruder → profile extrusion mold → profile mold → vacuum setting platform → traction → cutting machine → stacker → finished product) → surface treatment ( Such as heat transfer, grinding, embossing, etc.)
