Computer Control Line Type

Main features:

1. Engine: Japan Honda 22HP air-cooled electric start single-cylinder gasoline engine.

2. Transmission system: Original imported American SAUER variable speed transmission system, with automatic brake device, forward, backward, stop operation freely

3. Marking method: equipped with hydraulic leveling and marking shoes; the structural plate is made of imported special steel plate, which is resistant to high temperature (200°C), anti-oxidation, and anti-deformation. It has better stability after stamping. The base is a pneumatic leveling structure made of special alloy steel. The ground knives in direct contact with the ground use imported hard tungsten steel cutter heads. Precision technology ensures better sensitivity, wear resistance and sturdiness. The convex shape of the marking line is more regular, the edge of the bottom line is straighter, and the head is perfect. The standard configuration of marking boots is 150mm. (Other sizes can be selected according to customer needs).

4. Glass bead spraying system: 55kgs glass bead tank. Equipped with a jet-type single glass bead spray gun, the pressure, flow rate and spray width can be adjusted to make the glass bead spraying more firm, more uniform and more economical.

5. Electronic control: set a variety of standard line control methods to realize microelectronic intelligent control; the space between the gap lines can be adjusted freely.

6. Air compressor: 0.6m3/min piston air compressor. The pressure-adjustable air tank is equipped with automatic safety venting device.

7. Warning function: The flashing frequency (or strobe) of the warning light can be adjusted freely to improve the safety of marking operations.

Packed in plywood box, free from fumigation. The package will protect the machine well during the long sea shipment.
