1. Filter reactors are divided into three-phase and single-phase, all of which are iron core dry type.
2. The iron core is made of low-loss high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel. The iron core column is divided into uniform sections, with multiple air gaps. Does not change during operation.
3. The coil adopts H-level or C-level enamelled flat copper wire, which is arranged tightly and evenly.
4. The reactor coil and the iron core are assembled into a whole, and the reactor coil and the iron core are firmly combined by using H-level impregnating paint pre-drying → vacuum pre-painting → heat-drying curing process.
5. The jigs and fasteners of the reactor are made of non-magnetic materials to ensure that the reactor has a high quality factor and a good filtering effect;
6. The exposed part is anti-corrosion treated, and the lead-out terminals are tinned copper tube terminals.
