Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?

A: We are factory with ISO and TS certificates.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Normaly 30days but it depends. For laser cut parts we can deliver within 10 days, for sheet metal fabrication we can catch up within 25 days. If there is an urgent situation, we will always try our best to meet the customer's request.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free?

A: Yes, we can provide samples for free if no jigs or tools are needed in production.

Q: What's your payment terms?

A: Usually we take 30% TT as deposit, if any, and full mold cost, and pay the balance before shipment after quality approved. But we can also offer better terms after we start working together, and at the same time we get to know each other better.
