1. How can I get a sample?
We can provide some free samples in some special cases.
Generally, pay by Alipay and include the express freight, we will send out the samples after receiving the copy of sample fee TT.
Sample cost will be returned to you once bulk order is placed.

2. How much will be charged for samples and sample lead time?
The express freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area.
Our courier agent TNT and DHL will save you 20% of the total courier cost, because we have long-term agreement.
However, you can also use your courier company for pickup.
Sample delivery time: 7-15 working days

3. How can I get your quotation?
Please send us your inquiry and our product models by email, we will provide you with our price list, quotation list and order information within one working day.

4. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
Yes, your logo and company name can be printed on our products and packages, such as gift boxes, paper cards, cartons.
Please provide us with source files.

5. What is your usual order payment term?
Sample or small order: 100% T/T (via Alipay)
Bulk order: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against copy of B/L.
or any payment terms for discussion.

6. How about the certification?
We can do corresponding certification according to the requirements of customers.
