Proper use of the floating air cap 1. Always keep the wine tank full of wine 2. Place the stainless steel floating cap on the surface of the wine 3. Unscrew the valve on the pump to allow aeration 4. Inflate the tube to about 0.7 atmospheres 5. Inspect the tube Whether it is close to the inner surface of the tank and the valve of the pump is closed 6. The air pressure should be checked every 15 days. If the tube cannot hold pressure, check:
1. No hole 2. The connection between the air chamber and the plastic tube 3. Is the air hose clamp loose 4. Is the pressure gauge damaged 5. Is the pump valve not working
